I am traveling to spain this spring break with a friend, who is 18. I will be 17 when we leave (18 when i come back). I was wondering what, if any, documents i will need to get past customs. I have read something about a letter signed by both of my parents, can anyone confirm this. Also, i read something about having the letter signed by the local police. I traveled to South America by myself when I was 17 and all I needed was my passport. I didn’t have any trouble going through customs. Of coarse this was before 9/11 so maybe some things have changed.
