I am traveling to spain this spring break with a friend, who is 18. I will be 17 when we leave (18 when i come back). I was wondering what, if any, documents i will need to get past customs. I have read something about a letter signed by both of my parents, can anyone confirm this. Also, i read something about having the letter signed by the local police. Does anyone have any personal experiences or advice? Thanks in advance.
